These are the views of a very opinionated lawyer who practices law in the small WV town of Buckhannon. Hunter met his best friend and lifetime partner, Nancy, at the 1964 freshman mixer. They drove through Buckhannon during Hunter's last year in the U.S.A.F. Jag Corp when Nancy said, "I would not mind raising a family here." Fast forward 37 years, and the Hunters raised four children there, where Burton has taken on 5000 plus cases. The lessons he has learned during that career are contained in this series of 120 blog posts.
